Hours of Operation

Business/Event Booking Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm (Note: all tours/meetings must be scheduled)

Dining Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Thursday: 4pm-10pm
Friday-Saturday: 11am-11pm
Sunday: Brunch 11am-2pm / Dinner 2pm-9pm

In observance of the holidays, The Manor at Silo Falls is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Holiday / Weekend Menus
Sandwiches are unavailable on Friday and Saturday evenings after 4pm. On holidays, special nights may not be available (1/2 price bottled wines, Burgers and Brew, ect.) On holidays, The Manor at Silo Falls may also have a limited menu (menu without sandwiches or burgers). Please call ahead to confirm special nights and limited menu before your reservation.  

Dress Code
We require a “Business Casual” with jeans acceptable dresscode. Khakis, slacks, collars and button-downs to suits, separates and dresses, business casual refers to the attire of the lunching professional. If you have questions regarding the policy, please contact us for a more detailed list of clothing that is acceptable. The Manor at Silo Falls has the right to refuse anyone who violates our policy. We encourage you to use your best judgement on attire.

Patio Policies
Weather permitting, the Manor will open the patio to the public for dining. When making reservations for the patio, please be aware that we will make the reservation for inside the building and make a note that you have requested outside seating. Because we can not control the weather, we want to guarantee your table, even if the patio is not open. The Manor loves dogs, but we also think they are best left in the comfort of their home. Occasionally, events may allow dogs to dine with us on our patio, but for safety please leave your furry friend at home. 

Dessert Fees
We have a very extensive dessert menu that is willing to please anyone on any occasion. If you choose to bring in your own dessert, you may only bring in one and a $10.00 fee will be added to the end of your final bill. If you are hosting an event, such as a wedding, please refer to our events contract.

Cancellations

The Manor at Silo Falls understands that things happen and we understand that you may not always be able to honor your reservation. In the event that this may happen, please contact as soon as possible (48 hours or sooner) to avoid a “No -Show” Fee.

“No Show”
In the event that you do not honor your reservation and you do not contact us, we will consider your group a “No Show” and will be subjected to a fee which will be charged on the credit card that was given over the phone or through our online RESERVE system. In the event that you make your reservation through the RESERVE system, you are also agreeing to their policy that they have the right to suspend accounts with multiple “No Shows”.

Credit Card Fees
When using our RESERVE system or making a reservation over the phone (6 guests or more), we may ask for a credit card to keep on file in the event of a “No Show” The credit card that is on file will be stored on a secure system that will ONLY be unlocked and charged $100.00 in the event that you do not honor your reservation.  If you do not wish to give your credit card over the phone or through our RESERVE system, your reservation can not be guaranteed. 
On special events and holidays, a credit card will be required for all reservations, with no minimum guest count and a “No Show” will be subject to a $10.00 fee per person.
